Creamy Broccoli soup / Homemade

Recipe is;
3/4 cup water
1 pk. frozen broccoli chopped
1 can chicken broth
1/2 stick butter ( 1/4 cup )
1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup flour plain"
1- 12 oz. can cream
Boil water and broccoli
Cook 7or8 mins.until tender. Take half the broccoli out of the saucepan and place into your blender or processor and add the can of chicken broth. Process until smooth. Melt butter I the saucepan with the other halve broccoli and water. Add the onions saute until tender. Add flour stirring it.pour in the milk very slowly. Then add the rest of the broccoli that you have processed. Heat through then salt and pepper to taste.

This was the first time I had ever made this soup and I was really proud of how it tastes
I had been paying a chunk of money at restaurants, especially at Parana Bread. Mine tastes a lot better.
