Foggy Mountain Folks

My corn beef veg. soup is very fast and easy. In a med.pot pour 2 cans of corn beef hash (or 0ne can of corn beef ).3 cups of V8 a can of chicken broth. Use any veggies that you want, I use a frozen bag of veggies or 2 cans of mixed vegetables. ! potato peeled and diced 1 chopped onion or maybe just a half onion. 2 stalks celery chopped..........2-c v8 juice or tomato juice Cook all until onion and celery are tender. Salt and pepper. Some people chop half a cabbage head and put that in their soup. You can also use a small amount of macaroni. I don`t use cabbage or macaroni.
