Cloud Bread

Recipe; 3 eggs separated 3 tablespoons cream cheese room temp. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder or cream of tarter You can add Honey ,syrup,garlic salt or what you taste is.I just use my bread for sandwich`s >>>>>>>>> Preheat oven 300 degrees separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs in one bowl mix egg yolks cream cheese and honey or what you choose to taste in second bowl add 1/4 tsp. baking powder to whites. Beat the whites until fluffy and peaks appear . slowly fold yolks into whites Quickly spoon mixture into a baking sheet ( greased my pan just a little  or i use parchment paper). bake 20 minutes or less I just keep a eye on mine so they don`t burn...Ovens differ.

Easy Fruit Kuchen

 One and a half cups of Martha White Self-rising flour 1cup sugar, divided, 1 half cup in cold butter 1 half cup water 1 half cup whole milk, 1 large egg 3 cups fruit of your choice, fresh, canned, or frozen 1half tsps cinnimon 3tbls melted butter Heat oven to 375 degrees Combine flour and half a cup of sugar in a large bowl, and cut in  cold butter In a small bowl, whisk egg and milk, and add to the dry ingredients; it needs to be moist. Pour into a non-stick cooking spray pan  Place the fruit on top of the dough. Mix the cinnamon with the other half cup of sugar and sprinkle on top. Drizzle with melted butter and bake 28 to 35 minutes makes 8 to 10 servings

Martha`s self risen Biscuits

 Heat the oven to 450 Degrees 2 cups Martha White self-rising flour 1/4 cup vegetable shortening 3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk Place flour in a large bowl  Cut in shortening with two knives or a pastry blender until crumbs are the size of peas. Add milk, stirring with a fork until soft dough forms. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead 5 or 6 times just until smooth. Roll the dough to a half-inch thickness. Cut with a floured 2-inch round cutter, Arrange on a baking sheet with sides touching. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm Makes 10 to 12 biscuits Note: you can use a larger cutter for bigger biscuits 

Buffy’s biscuits

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. In a large bowl, place these ingredients; 2 cups Self-rising White Lily flour  Add more flour as needed 2 to 3 tablespoons lard Stir in enough whole buttermilk to make a dough, and add one-half cup of heavy whipping cream Stir well and knead a little in the bowl with your hands. Add flour as needed until the dough sticks together and is not sticky Place on a floured counter or parchment paper,  press out with your hands, to about 1 half an inch, or you can use a rolling pin. Dip your biscuit cutter into flour and cut the dough straight down, cut out, and place in a slightly greased iron skillet or pan. Melt some butter and pour it over the biscuits, and bake 10 to 13 minutes (oven varies) or until the tops and bottoms are a golden brown  When done, pour more butter over them. Do not over-bake, for they may be too dry

Cinnamon sweet bread

1/2 cup of softened butter  1 cup sugar  2 eggs  1 tablespoon sugar  1 cup butter milk  1/2 box vanilla pudding  2 cups flour/allpurpose 1 tablespoon soda  Mix butter,sugar together and add the eggs and butter milk and vanilla. Mix flour,soda powder and add to the wet ingredients  Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons cinnamon set aside.  Grease a loaf pan and pour half the batter into the pan then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on the batter swirl it around in the batter then pour the rest of the batter over that and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the top  Bake at 350 degrees oven for 45-55 minutes 

Ranch baked Pork Chops

Rub how many pork chops that you need with dried ranch dressing.Bake in oven on 400 degrees for about 40 to 50 minute’s,in Air Fryer for 15 minutes on each side on 400 degrees…………15 minutes on one side and turn over to the other side and bake another 15 minutes.

Air fryer pork chops

Rub your pork chops well with dried Ranch Dressing  Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn the other side over and bake another 10 to 15 minutes. If you don`t have an air fryer, you can bake them in the oven for about 30 minutes . 

English Scones

2 cups all-purpose flour 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup sugar 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened  2/3 cup whole milk 1 lg. egg Preheat oven to 425 degrees F In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients  In another bowl, mix all wet ingredients, then mix all ingredients together to make a dough. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead it about 10 times until smooth. Roll the dough out and cut scones. Place in a lightly greased baking pan  Bake 13 - 15 minutes.  note; You can use a biscuit cutter or a knife and cut into pizza-like slices Note: You can put fruit, raisins, chocolate chips, or shredded cheese in the dough while mixing
