Beat the whites until fluffy and peaks appear . slowly fold yolks into whites Quickly spoon mixture into a baking sheet ( greased my pan just a little or i use parchment paper). bake 20 minutes or less I just keep a eye on mine so they don`t burn...Ovens differ.

Butter ,brown sugar ,white sugar ,..Pralines.↔ nuts and vanilla extract >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Pralines ..Tennessee style. 2c. white sugar 2 c. brown sugar 2 TB. salted butter 1c.cream ( evaporated milk ) 1 tsp. vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cup pecans or peanuts or any of your choice. Stove top burner. on med. put in Med. or large pot Bring Both sugars,butter,and cream milk to a rolling boil stir all the time for he could burn the bottom of your candy.Let it cook for 7-11 min.or until it starts to get real thick .Drop a little in cold water to see if it is a soft ball when touching it. When it is ready,, take off heat and pour in nuts and vanilla stir the mixture up good and scoop it up and place on a wax paper sheet pan or buttered sheet pan.
