Recipe; 3 eggs separated 3 tablespoons cream cheese room temp. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder or cream of tarter You can add Honey ,syrup,garlic salt or what you taste is.I just use my bread for sandwich`s >>>>>>>>> Preheat oven 300 degrees separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs in one bowl mix egg yolks cream cheese and honey or what you choose to taste in second bowl add 1/4 tsp. baking powder to whites. Beat the whites until fluffy and peaks appear . slowly fold yolks into whites Quickly spoon mixture into a baking sheet ( greased my pan just a little or i use parchment paper). bake 20 minutes or less I just keep a eye on mine so they don`t burn...Ovens differ.

Stove top burner. on med. put in Med. or large pot Bring Both sugars,butter,and cream milk to a rolling boil stir all the time for he could burn the bottom of your candy.Let it cook for 7-11 min.or until it starts to get real thick .Drop a little in cold water to see if it is a soft ball when touching it. When it is ready,, take off heat and pour in nuts and vanilla stir the mixture up good and scoop it up and place on a wax paper sheet pan or buttered sheet pan.
