Healthy Cabbage Soup

Recipe'1 half of head of cabbage chopped. 1 Med. bag of assorted vegetables. 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 pk. dry onion soup mix and 1 small chopped onion.  ,2 cans of chicken broth and 1 cup of diced potatoes. Cook all until tender and done. If you want a larger amount double the recipe. I also seasoned mine with hog jowl. you can use butter, bacon grease or your choice,
