Spoon Rolls

4 cups SR flour and 1egg 

sugar opt. 

1Tablespoon dried yeast

2 and 1/half cups lukewarm water

2/3 cup nargaring or butter

2tablespoons cornmeal

Add yeast to warm water and stir

Mix beaten egg with melted butter, and then add to the flour and meal

Mix all and pour into a greased muffing pan

Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees 

Some ovens may vary 

The dough is even better the next day if kept in the fridge
